Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship (Switzerland)

Clarendon Scholarship at the University of Oxford (UK)

The Clarendon Scholarship Fund is a scholarship program that offers fully funded scholarships to graduate students at the University of Oxford. The scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic merit and potential and are open to international students. Clarendon scholars receive an annual grant to cover tuition and living expenses. Warwick Chancellor’s International Scholarship (UK)

The University of Warwick’s graduate school offers fully-funded scholarships to the most outstanding international PhD candidates each year. These scholarships are available to students from any country and any discipline offered at Warwick. They cover the full cost of overseas tuition fees and maintenance stipends.

University of Sydney International Scholarship (Australia)

The University of Sydney International Research Scholarship (USydIS) is a fully funded scholarship that provides up to $129,000 to outstanding international research students. The scholarship is available to students who are enrolled in a postgraduate research degree or master’s by research program at the University of Sydney.

The USydIS will cover the full cost of tuition fees and living stipends for up to three years.

Joint Japan World Bank Scholarship

The Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program (JJ/WBGSP) is a fully funded scholarship program that offers master’s degrees in development-related fields to students from developing countries who are citizens of World Bank member countries. The program was established by the government of Japan and the World Bank to strengthen human resources in developing countries.

The JJ/WBGSP covers the full tuition, living expenses, and travel expenses for the duration of the master’s degree program. Scholarship recipients also receive a monthly stipend to cover their living expenses.

Rotary Foundation Global Study Grants

This scholarship by the Rotary Foundation provides financial assistance to students worldwide to pursue graduate-level coursework or research for one to four academic years. The scholarship covers tuition, fees, books, and living expenses.

Another scholarship opportunity for international students is the Asian Development Bank-Japan Scholarship Program (ADB-JSP).
